Winter Wonderland, Georgia Style

Well, we had our second snow storm in a weeks time this weekend. that was a nice surprise to those of us that enjoy the white stuff. This second storm was enough that we could go out and play in it. Here is a video of the 3 three of us sledding this weekend. Believe it or not, but this was both Sam and Katie's first time sledding!

Martin Luther King Day

This is going up a little bit late because Katie, Sam, and I have all been battling a nasty bug this weekend. No fun for sure and it has been especially disappointing because it has limited our ability to enjoy some of the events around town honoring Dr. King. Sam's First Snow

Here is a video of Sam in his first snow. It isn't much, but he was a pretty happy camper. So was his daddy though too!

Saturday Stroll Through the Living Room

Sorry for the slow updates, we are still experiencing computer problems. Here is a video of Sam using his scooter he got from Mom Mom. He is beginning to explore walking on his own. This week he also started to stand on his own a little bit. The other big news is that he has a third tooth. The problem is that his third tooth is an upper tooth and to the right. So now he has two bottom teeth and one upper side tooth. He looks pretty ridiculous! Enjoy the video, Sam says hi to everyone at the end.

Holiday Highlights

We have taken a few weeks off from blogging as we have enjoyed our family and friends over the last couple of weeks. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time visiting and relaxing. Here are some pics of Sam enjoying his first holiday season:

Sam had a dicey New Year's (he started to get sick this night) but before he got sick, he enjoyed himself with his friend Owen:




Sam's Grandpop game to visit after the new year and Sam was very happy that he did. He also got to experience Shoo-Fly pie for the first time. He was a huge fan!




There are many more stories, including getting locked out of our house on NYE, and pics from the holidays which we may post in the near future (when our computer gets cured from it virus, part of the reason we have been slow to blog) but for now, we hope you enjoyed the update.
