Trip to the Zoo

Mom Mom and Ed have been all weekend and one of the highlights for Sam has definitely been a trip to the Zoo. Here are some pics of his favorite animal at the Zoo, the Elephants (we couldn't see anything else, until we saw the elephants), taking a train ride with Mom Mom, and other fun happenings. It has definitely been worth getting the membership for the year.

Sam the USA Soccer Fan

For those that do not keep up with soccer, the US Soccer won their quad-annual victory over the Mexican soccer team 2-0. This is the 3rd time in a row for the US and the soccer fans have started a chant of 2-0 in spanish. Here is Sam doing that chant, along with another popular song of US fans. And well, we end it with a great rendition of Fly Eagles Fly since we missed doing during the NFC championship week.

Some Updates

We have been blessed to have many visitors come by and see Maya and our family, and we are so thankful for our community. Thanks for all of those that have come by to visit.

Here are some pictures of Sam and Maya from this week. We also have a few new toys at our disposal for Sam to help ease the weight of the life change he is going through. He has taken to the role of professional golfer pretty well as you can see below. He is also a pretty good sharer, as evidenced by the car in Maya's hand. However, we'll see how that goes once she actually starts playing with "his" toys.

Can you tell them apart?

So here are two pictures of our children. Without using context clues, can you tell which one is Sam and which one is Maya. Whoever guesses right first gets a free night of baby sitting the two of them!
